Destiness Travel Agency – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Destiness Travel Agency (referred to as “Destiness,” “we,” or “us”) and our valued travelers (referred to as “you” or “traveler”). By booking a trip with Destiness, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
Quoted Price and Modifications: The quoted price for your tailor-made trip may be subject to change. Destiness will provide you with an initial quote based on your preferences and requirements. However, the final cost may differ due to changes in service availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to inform you of any significant price adjustments before finalizing your booking.
Payment Currency: All payments for Destiness trips must be made in Euros (€).
Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required. This deposit will be used to prepay various services and arrangements related to your trip. If the total cost of these prepayments exceeds 30%, Destiness may request an additional deposit to cover the extra expenses.
Final Payment: The remaining 70% of the total trip cost must be paid no later than 40 days before your scheduled departure date. If you make a booking within 40 days of departure, full payment is required immediately to secure and confirm your reservation.
Modification of Activities and Excursions: Destiness reserves the right to modify or change proposed activities and excursions as necessary to ensure the best possible travel experience. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant changes in advance.
Trip Documentation: Final trip documentation, including itinerary details and essential information, will be sent to you via email approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Please review this information thoroughly to prepare for your trip.
Payment Refund Policy: All payments made to Destiness are non-refundable. In the event of trip cancellation, the deposit will be treated as a credit for future travel with us, valid for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation. The refund of the remaining payment, if any, will depend on the policies of each individual supplier involved in your trip. Destiness cannot guarantee the recovery of the full payment, as it is subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers.
Insurance Recommendation: Before traveling, we strongly recommend that you review your personal insurance, including travel insurance and health insurance, to ensure you have adequate coverage for your trip. Destiness does not provide insurance coverage, and it is your responsibility to secure suitable insurance for your journey.
